Return Policy

At Sacred Symphony Official, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully:

1. Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

​

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • If the issue is determined to be our fault, we will cover the cost of returning the item.

 

To report a problem, please contact us at SacredSymphonyOfficial@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

 

2. Return Address

 

When a returned shipment is received, you will be notified via email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

 

3. Incorrect Address

 

If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

4. Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your customer.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as bathing suits and undergarments. These items are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with bathing suits or undergarments will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

 

6. Returns by Customer

 

We recommend that customers contact us before returning any products. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or sizing inaccuracies. However, if you receive the wrong size (a size other than the size ordered), an exchange will be allowed as long as the exchange is within 30 days and the item(s) have been unused, unworn, unwashed, and contain all original tags.

 

7. Notification for EU Consumers

 

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

​

  1. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and thus not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

 

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
